We are currently working our way verse by verse through the book of 1 Corinthians. This book was was written to an exceedingly sinful church which was known for its sinful, fleshly living and its conformity to the corrupt culture around it. The majority of the book is spent rebuking and correcting a carnal church, yet from beginning to end Paul recognizes and affirms that these sinning believers are indeed Saints in Christ, Sinners YET Saints!

SEEDS is specifically designed to equip Christians to not only understand evangelism, but to get actively involved in sharing the gospel. It is our desire and prayer that after you have been through the 12-week course, you will have shared Christ, using what you have learned, with at least one person.
SEEDS was developed to overcome the two biggest obstacles that prevent Christians from sharing their faith…fear and not knowing how. By applying what you learn and taking accountability to heart, at the end of the 12-week study, you will not only have overcome those two reasons, but you will have shared Christ with at least one person! As we explain in the teaching. “Don’t just be a hearer of the Word, be a doer of the Word, as well.”

Believing that the Bible is true and relevant for children, we endeavor to lead each child to an understanding of foundational scriptural truths. The weekly Bible study, combined with parental interaction at home, will affect changes in the character and the conduct of each child. Our goal is to provide elementary students a vehicle for study, meditation, and instruction from the Word of God. As we train youth to accurately handle Scripture, obedience will become a part of their lives and they will be equipped for service. Check Out our 2010 Discipleship Schedule which includes the formation of Small Group Bible Studies for 2010. Stay tuned as we set the launch date for Small Groups in late January. We are currently slated for 5 small groups located in many different locations throughout Jasper. The small groups will meet on different days and times, so check back as we finalize these details in the very near future. |
